The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has invited Japan to the 49th session of SG5 WP5D, a working group of the International Telecommunication Union, Radio Communication Division (ITU-R), which is in charge of international standardization and frequency studies for next-generation mobile communication systems. The meeting will be held from Tuesday, June 24, 2025 to Thursday, July 3, 2025 in Kobe City, Japan.

The XG Mobile Promotion Forum (XGMF) is pleased to report that it exhibited at the Wireless Technology Park (WTP) 2025, which took place over three days from Wednesday, May 28 to Friday, May 30, 2025. Continuing from last year, XGMF will exhibit at Wireless Japan x Wireless Technology Park (WTP) 2025 to be held at Tokyo Big Sight (Ariake-ku, Tokyo) for three days from May 28 (Wed) to 30 (Fri). At the exhibition booth, XGMF participating companies and organizations will present their ingenious dynamic and static exhibits, and a presentation space will be set up in the exhibition booth to introduce the XGMF project and explain the status of activities and the latest information of each company and organization.
